What if I need an interpreter? (¿Qué pasa si necesito un intérprete?)

Any debtor that requires an interpreter has the option to use a telephonic interpreter service, at no cost to them, or use the court-appointed interpreter who is present at all Section 341 meetings. Pro se debtors and attorneys must notify our office no later than seven (7) days prior to the Section 341 meeting if they/their client will be needing an interpreter as well as the language requested. I am an Attorney — How do I upload the Debtor’s documents to the Trustee?

You should have received via email an automatic notification from TITLE XI, our bankruptcy management system, with directions for uploading required DEBTOR documents. If you did not receive the TITLE XI link, please go to this link, and click on the option “Debtor Attorney – Find Help Here” and then on the next page click “I need a link to see requests and upload documents”. [Attorneys may enter their email on the TITLE XI page and receive automatic emails with authentication keys.]
